TheLees Jacket

TheLees has to be one of my preferred brands when shopping for casual blazers or jackets. I find their styles to be very unique and modern which is something I don’t compromise on. I bought the brown version but I am considering making another purchase to get the charcoal one too. The quality is simply brilliant.

Before I say anything else though, I must note that I have a rather slim frame and am quite petite. This is probably why TheLees jackets and the cut of their clothing fit me very well. The reason I wish to mention this is because if you are someone who is on the bulkier side, this jacket may not be for you. You could always get a larger size if it really appeals to you but please make sure you pay close attention to sizing and the measurements on the site.

The TheLees jacket is made of a combination of wool, acrylic and spandex which means that the fabric is quite stretchable and flexible. It is often hard to find a jacket that has both modern flair as well as accommodates a wide range of movement. It really isn’t stiff at all which is ideal, in my opinion, for casual-look jackets. It is great to wear on top of a regular t-shirt and jeans but just so you know, it can also be dressed up when paired with a long-sleeved polo and slacks or chinos.  The jacket is made of very durable material and does not crease easily. I’ve learnt to appreciate the value in less creasing. I’m a perfectionist and can’t leave the house unless my attire is crisp. You’d be surprised how even a few creases here and  there can mess up your entire look and owning this jacket means less ironing work for me. Whoop! Whoop!

The brown TheLees jacket comes with a charcoal colored collar while the charcoal version comes reversed – with a brown collar. The jacket has pocket flaps in front and a chest pocket as well. However, there are no interior pockets here so you will have to use your pant pockets to carry stuff around when you wear this. This isn’t a big issue though since many men hardly carry anything around when we are out and when we do, it’s a few essentials (wallet and keys).

I’ve worn my TheLees jacket out a few times already and it’s drawn in a fair bit of attention. One of my friends has already started looking into buying one too. I don’t blame him, TheLees jacket is all quality. If you are considering this jacket as well and want some more information, you can find it here and at a very affordable price!

Please understand that I have not just done this review purely for the commission but to give you an overall understanding of want to expect if you were to purchase the jacket. If you do buy, I sincerely appreciate it but please don’t spend money on this product unless you feel it could be one you picture yourself wearing.]
